Common Call Center Questions\/Answers<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Question:<\/strong>\u00a0Why\u00a0does it say my payout is more than price I paid for?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Answer:<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0This is for the full-term price if you were to pay each\u00a0week of your term.<\/em><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Question: What is the return policy for tires I have never installed?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Answer:<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0Contact\u00a0Tire\u00a0Agent and request\u00a0tires\u00a0to be sent back. Tire Agent will send return labels and customer would be responsible to pay for the return. \u00a0Once\u00a0return\u00a0has been confirmed with no issues to the product,\u00a0account\u00a0will be de-activated.<\/em><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Question: I\u00a0can\u2019t\u00a0log into my account. I tried resetting my password.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Answer:<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0Try restarting\u00a0phone\u00a0or computer. Agent can create a temporary password for\u00a0customer.<\/em><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Question:\u00a0I\u2019m\u00a0stuck at the DocuSign process, what do I do?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Answer:\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>Common problem\u00a0is the type of credit card the customer is using. \u00a0Debit linked to a bank account is the only card accepted during the application process. \u00a0Can be changed once\u00a0application\u00a0has been fully funded.<\/em><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Question: How do I set up my account to bi-weekly,\u00a0semi-monthly\u00a0or monthly?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Answer:<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0For now, that can only be done by us, how would you like us to set up your account going forward?<\/em><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Question: Can I pay with a check or money order?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Answer:<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0Right now, only a credit\/card can be accepted with\u00a0Own.Lease. \u00a0Your account will automatically be\u00a0setup\u00a0with auto-pay\u00a0base\u00a0on how your account is set up whether weekly, bi-weekly,\u00a0semi-monthly\u00a0or monthly.<\/em><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Question: Why is my card being declined?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Answer:<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0In most cases, your bank is blocking us as\u00a0it\u2019s\u00a0not recognizing our new business. \u00a0Please call your bank and let them know that this will be a\u00a0reoccurring\u00a0transaction and remove the block.<\/em><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Question:\u00a0I picked Monthly\/Biweekly option, why are you charging me twice?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Answer:\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>All\u00a0accounts\u00a0are\u00a0set for weekly payments when set up. We can\u00a0assist\u00a0with changing your cycle due if needed.<\/em><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Question: Why\u00a0does\u00a0my account balance higher than the purchase when I log in to pay or get emails?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Answer:\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>Those forms only show full buy out. \u00a0These are all payments for full term. They would refer to\u00a0lease\u00a0agreement or ask us for details. The system unfortunately\u00a0can\u2019t\u00a0display this information. Doe\u2019s\u00a0not display\u00a0Early buyout or\u00a0101-day\u00a0option.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Question: Where\u00a0are my tires?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Answer: Tire<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0Agent should have sent you a FedEx tracking number showing your delivery date\/time. \u00a0If you\u00a0haven\u2019t\u00a0received your tracking number, please call Tire Agent at 833-847-3463.<\/em><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Question: How do I login to my account?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Answer:\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>You\u00a0should’ve\u00a0received a Welcome Letter (check spam) with instructions on how to set up your account. \u00a0If\u00a0not, go to https:\/own.lease\/ and login using your password used to open your account. If\u00a0you\u2019ve\u00a0forgotten your password, click on the \u201cforgot password\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Question:\u00a0Can I\u00a0change my pay cycle online?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Answer:\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>Unfortunately, at this point, no. But\u00a0this\u00a0something\u00a0that we\u00a0would\u00a0happy\u00a0to\u00a0assist\u00a0you with.<\/em><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Question: Where do I make my payments online?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Answer:<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0Go to\u00a0<\/em>https:\/\/own.lease\/<\/em><\/a>\u00a0and login, then click on “lease to make payment on\u201d and then \u201cmake payment\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n

Question: I filed for bankruptcy. \u00a0Or,\u00a0I\u2019m\u00a0filing for bankruptcy.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Answer:\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>I understand, is it possible for us to get your lawyer\u2019s information so that we may verify and adjust your account accordingly?<\/em><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Question: My tires have never been delivered.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Answer:\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>You must\u00a0notify\u00a0Tire\u00a0Agent immediately. \u00a0Once they confirm that the product\u00a0hasn\u2019t\u00a0been delivered, they will\u00a0notify us\u00a0for cancellation.<\/em><\/p>\n

Question: I need some\u00a0tires\/rims, what do I need to do?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Answer:\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>You will need to visit TireAgent.com, pick out your product and\u00a0we\u2019d\u00a0love your business, so pick\u00a0Own.Lease\u00a0to fund your purchase.<\/em><\/p>\n

Question: Tire Agent calls. Do they have an active account?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Answer:\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>You\u00a0would need to email\u00a0<\/em>charles@own.lease<\/em><\/a>\u00a0who can\u00a0assist\u00a0in\u00a0your questions.<\/em><\/p>\n

Question:<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0<\/em>I do not understand why\u00a0own\u00a0lease is trying to pull a payment when there is not a payment due yet. \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n
