Adjusting due dates ensures flexibility for customers and aligns payments with their financial circumstances.<\/p>\n

Step 1 – Accessing Account Setup<\/p>\n

Start by selecting the customer’s account.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Step 2 – Navigating to Setup Tools<\/p>\n

Go to “Account Setups” and select “Setup Tools” from the dropdown.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Step 3 – Accessing Change Due Date<\/p>\n

Click on the three bars on the left side to reveal the menu.<\/p>\n

Select “Change Due Date” from the dropdown.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Step 4 – Adding a Due Date Change<\/p>\n

Click “Add” on the left side to initiate the due date change.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Step 5 – Selecting Current Due Date<\/p>\n

In the due date change section, choose the current due date.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Step 6 – Choosing New Due Date<\/p>\n

In the new due date section, select the date the customer wants the bill to be due.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Step 7 – Charge Fee<\/p>\n

Ensure “Charge Fee” is set to “NO” to avoid any additional charges for the due date change.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Step 8 – Saving Changes<\/p>\n

Click “Save” to apply the new due date.<\/p>\n

Important Note<\/p>\n

Due dates should align with the customer’s frequency request or salary date.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n
